Pricing: Base Rates and Dollars-Per-Kilometre
We use two pricing styles. You can choose a flat weekly or monthly base plus dollars-per-kilometre for RUC and maintenance, or time-and-mileage using the same per-kilometre matrix.
Guide base rates, GST exclusive: 8×4 curtainsider truck only from NZD $1,968.75 per week with RUC $0.42 per kilometre and maintenance $0.26 per kilometre. 9-axle truck and trailer set NZD $2,487.53 per week with RUC $0.65 per kilometre and maintenance $0.36 per kilometre.
6×4 & 8×4 tractor unit from NZD $1,856.34 per week with RUC $0.48 per kilometre and maintenance $0.29 per kilometre. Rates vary by vehicle year and configuration. Prices are in NZD and exclude GST. We include scheduled servicing, fair tyre wear, general maintenance, registration, and CoF.
We exclude GST, fuel and AdBlue, insurance, operator-caused damage, infringements, and cleaning if required. We set a monthly kilometre cap in the contract; any kilometres above the cap are charged at NZD $0.50 per kilometre, GST exclusive, on the next invoice.
You can purchase and display RUC, or we can purchase it and on-charge; we reconcile distance at start and finish using odometer or hubodometer and may reference telematics. Quotes are valid for 5 days. We serve customers nationwide from Tamahere, Waikato.
